Government To Support High-tech Industry Development Research

The healthy, rapid and sustainable development of Hi-tech industry can play an important role in the national economic structure adjustment and industries upgrading. In recent years, China's hi-tech industry is developing rapidly, the government of high-tech industrial support policies and measures have received good effect, but there still exist many problems, the government support of hi-tech industry development still needs to improve.This paper made the Hi-tech industry and government as the research object, combined the theoretical research and empirical research method to analyze the necessity of government support on the hi-tech industry development, and discuss how to further optimize the polices and measures on the high-tech industry development. This paper included the following several parts:Firstly the hi-tech industry was defined, the research papers about government support of Hi-tech industry and related theories were reviewed and carding induction; Secondly, based on theory of view, this paper analyzed whether the government should step in the development of high-tech industries, namely the necessity of government intervention, mainly from high-tech industrial development of strategic significance and the development of market failure faced in two aspects of research, then analyzed the government support for new and high technology industries of principle, function and strength; Thirdly, taking hunan province as an example, the paper empirically analyzed the hi-tech industry development function and the government role for new and high technology industries, on this basis, the policy suggestions with development of high-tech industry in hunan province were put forward combining the theoretical research. In the end this article summarized and put forward some further research direction.
