The Research On The Development Of High-tech Industries Of Henan Province

With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the development of high-tech industry has attracted great attention of Governments. High-tech industry is technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries, and its proportion increases rapidly in the national economy.Since the 1980s, the development of high-tech industry in Henan Province has made great achievements, which promotes the upgrading of product technology and industrial structure optimization. However, compared with the developed eastern region, Henan Province' development of high-tech industry still exists great gap. How to play to its own advantage in Henan Province to overcome the process of the high-tech industry development facing the restricted factors, so as to enhance the overall level of high-tech industries and promote economic development in the province, they become a current and important research subject.This paper uses the combination of theoretical and empirical methods, based on the theory of high-tech industries, the first, comprehensive analysis of the status of the development of high-tech industry in Henan Province, as well as personnel training in high technology, business innovation, research funding, high-tech zone Science Park cluster effect, intellectual property protection and other aspects of the problem. Secondly, from the factors that influence the development of high-tech industry, discusses the science and technology investment, technological progress and other factors influence the development of high-tech industries, high-tech industry empirical study of the contribution to economic growth in Henan Province. Finally, learn from the successful experience of the development of high-tech industry, for the problems, the high-tech industry in Henan Province has put forward some concrete suggestions: the strengthening of efforts to nurture high-tech personnel; shape to the autonomy of enterprises as the main innovation system; increase investment in science and technology, and expand financing channels of high-tech enterprises; to build high-end industrial functional areas to achieve the high end of industry concentration; strengthening of intellectual property protection.
