Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd. Profit Model Study

The profit model plays a decisive role in the success or failure of an enterprise.The reasons for the success of an enterprise are not only its human resources,financial resources,logistics resources and flesibleorganizational structure,but also its profit model with its ouw characteristics. So,it is of great practical significance to study on the profit model of its theories or one company.Based on the domestic and foreign relative literatures, this paper analyzed and studied the profit model of Zhuzhou Smelter Group by the analysis tools,such as SWOT,value chain,Smile curve and profitability. Firstly, it described the basic situation of Zhu zhou Smelter Group and analyzed its competitiveness and internal and external environment facing the pressure. Secondly, it analyzed the profitability status of Zhu zhou Smelter Group, the contribution and shortage of its existing profit model. It made comparison analyses on the profit model of other enterprises in the same industry and profit status of six listed companies in the same industry. Thirdly, it analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the improvement of profit model for Zhu zhou Smelter Group.
