In recent years, China's economy is in a period of rapid growth, in the promoting and leading by the government, more and more funs put into municipal engineering construction industry, bringing chances to the development of this industry.In this thesis, the main idea is to discuss the risk management of subcontract project in municipal engineering construction across the actual situation in the subcontract project management of the company, and try to establish the system of risk manggemant of subcontract project for WuSong municipal engineering construction co., Ltd. It will follow the traditional risk management system in term of risk identification, risk evaluation, risk disposal and risk monitoring.Through UWW1.15A part of third phase of Wastewater treatment construction, some project management tools such as Question Investigate, expert's marking methods are used. All the potential project risk factors are identified.This thesis appraise the change of cost, time limit, safety, which can impact the target of the project and try to establish the system of risk manggemant of subcontract project.This thesis do the application and research of the risk management to the subcontract project in municipal engineering construction, it has some practical value to increase the precaution consciousness of the subcontract project in municipal engineering construction project item, increase the invest management level of the project owner, bring out the practical, accurate, convenient strategy, it has some practical value.
