Towards The Beginning Of The Financial Holding Company - Bancassurance

Along with the global competition of financial sector and the development of mixed operation, the bancassurance took the global economic integration and the product as well as one kind of new financial system arrangement, which already becomes one of international finance insurance business important trends. Compared with the international bancassurance, China's bancassurance is limited by the financial system of divided operation, and leads to a lot of problems. However, the mixed operation is the trend of China's finance. On basis of the theoretical principal and the history of China's banking and insurance system, the thesis analyzes the current situation and the primal problems of the bancassurance, and then put forward the standpoint that system innovation is the key factor of the development of China's bancassurance. Under such background and through the analysis of western bancassurance, the thesis points out that we should set up the strategic alliances with certain degree of stock right cooperation in the short term, and come into the financial holding company in the long term.
