Study On The Developmental Mode Of Bancassurance In Our Country

Bancassurance is the product of economic globalization, finance integration and the innovation of finance service, which originated from Europe in the 1980's. Through the development of several decades, bancassurance is becoming a universal economic phenomenon, and is taking a great and profound influence on the development of finance. Bancassurance has arisen in our country in the middle of 1990's, which has had its ups and downs and a lot of contradictions and problems have been exposed. These problems, in a sense, have obstructed the development of bancassurance in our country. The prime cause is that the mode of bancassurance in our country still ranks the lowest level called cooperation in the agreement. At present, the financial sphere carries out separate management in our country. However, the trend of mixed management is becoming more and more obvious, and since our country has joined the WTO, domestic financial market is open wider, and our financial companies are facing a great challenge. These changes demand that the bancassurance mode in our country developed into a higher level.Through analyzing the development and mode of bancassurance in some foreign countries, learning from foreign experience and considering the practical situation of China, this paper is intended to make out the most suitable mode of bancassurance in our country.
