Hospitality industry as the significant part of tourism of China has been taking the major role of economies since the Reform and Opening policy implemented. Meanwhile, as the development of social and economies the modes of competition among hotels have changed with the improvements of management which increased the intensities amid hotels. Marketing and innovations are the most efficient methods to increase the competitive advantages of hotels. Researching on theories and practices of marketing is the magnificent way to drive hotels to take part in the competition of markets and to occupy the international markets.This research will analyze the supplements and needs of tourism of China as well as the hospitality industry so that the targeted market of Yin Hai hotel could be oriented. Based on this analysis and market researched, the 'Porter five force', the 'differentiation competition', the 'price strategy' and the 'market oriented' will be used to analyze the marketing strategies of Yin Hai hotel in order to determine the marketing oriented strategy.'4P' method and 'SWOT' analysis in this research is to investigate the details of marketing reforms of Yin Hai hotel in order to set up the following strategies:the distribution channel strategy to sell hotel products by attaching agreements and mass rents, the 'price strategy' representing as the Going rate pricing, the 'products strategy which means to reinforce the image of green products' and improve the assorted conference facilities, the 'promoting strategy' involving staff selling, advertising, PR, sells promoting and direct selling. First of all, Yin Hai hotel focuses on the innovation to inspire hotel staff to develop their knowledge of marketing and strategies. In terms of innovation of knowledge and skills, the hotel pays an attention on the developing and recruiting talented people of marketing in regards to the HRM to enhance the management and competitiveness of hotel. In addition, Yin Hai hotel addresses that the institution innovation is the key to develop hospitality due to it breaks up the balance between value and costs that focuses on creating the customer value so that hotel could survive and develop in competitive environment.
