Along with our country economy fast development,the increasingly frequent commercial activities,Commercial hotels have sprung up and occupied the market rapidly.However,along with the development of China and the accession to the WTO,competitions in the hospitality industry have becoming more and more fierce.The new way of marketing concepts,strategies have being developed.If commercial hotels could survived in the fierce competition,and occupied a place,the innovation of marketing strategies and the marketing concepts is necessary.Actively seeking marketing opportunities,by providing high quality products and services to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese commercial hotels.In order to achieve a win-win model,we should take account of both high quality services and high profits.In order to improve the core competitiveness of commercial hotel in our country,this paper puts forward constructive views of marketing strategy,by using the method of literature analysis,theories with practice,the methods of in-depth interview method,based on the hotel marketing strategy research involves the related theory,including the STP theory,PESTEL marketing environment theory,SWOT analysis model,4 P'S theory,customer satisfaction theory and consumer behavior theory.Through in-depth analysis of current situation and problems of commercial hotels development in China,including our country hotels industry development present situation analysis,the comprehensive competitiveness,management modes,the structure of the product and price,marketing and other aspects of problems.The macro environment including political environment,economic environment,technology environment.The micro environment consist of competitors and consumers,etc.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,etc.,and by using the theory of STP marketing strategy for commercial hotel market in our country,then puts forward commercial hotel 4P's marketing strategy,communication and relationship by network,hotel reservation based on the customer satisfaction,accommodation and conference service strategies,respect and attention to employees,employees trust,internal communication,and improve employees' comprehensive marketing talents and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward commercial hotel marketing strategy of the implementation measures of the safeguard,including management system,information construction,human resources and enterprise culture safeguards.This article based on practice,combined with the strategic management,marketing and service theory of MBA,discusses the development of commercial hotels in our country.According to the first-hand information on the problems and analysis of the internal and external environment,puts forward how to solve the problem,leading a guild role and the certain practical significance for the development of commercial hotels in our country.
