Then, according to the production and operation management of power generation group particularity, the paper built the benchmarking organization system and the benchmarking process, and established production and operation management systems and indicators of the benchmark reference system with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and designed systematic, scientific, comparable, continuous the benchmarking scoring method and evaluation method.
