The Research Of 3g Interconnection Settlement Methods And Application

2009 is the first year of an era of China 3G mobile communication. The telecommunication industry reform and the issue of 3G licenses have lead to a new round of competitions between 3 major operaters on a brand new market. The 3G development will have important influence on the future development of mobile communication industry and even that of the whole telecom industry. In the telecom industry, each operator must connection their network and service with the other operators, so that they can provide more services. But China telecom present settlement regulation is base on the price, so it can not reflect and compensate the cost of inter-connection exactly. This paper states the inter-connection regulation and telecom settlement methods, raises some proposals in this area, and does some researches in 3G interconnection settlement base on costing.
