The Current Real Estate Bubble Study

Real estate industry always focus on real estate development ,management,and service. It's the basement of the economy,an independent industry rising and booming with the urbanization and modernization which also have been driven forward by the industry. Real estate industry has become one of the most important part of the modern economy structure. The long industrial chain and strong relational will do a great development to the economy. So we have to make a serious research in the real estate bubble.This paper engages in the status and the reasons of house bubble,tries to find the ways to solve the problems, what's house bubble? Whether is there house bubble or not? Why is there house bubble? How should we do to face these questions?
