The real estate market has a close relationship with us. It plays a very important role in economic development and people's fundamental needs. With the advance of reform of the housing system and the process of urbanization, China's real estate industry has been developing rapidly in recent years. China has gradually increased the proportion of investment. Especially in major cities generally real estate prices rapid rise. Issues such as the existence of the real estate market bubble are strong concerning. Therefore, to analysis and research our investment in the residential real estate, and health condition is very necessary.This paper will examine the question in two parts, beginning with a study of China's investment in real estate conditions, from various factors affecting the supply and demand of China's real estate, real estate stock adjustment model is constructed. China used in 1990 to 2005 in the empirical analysis of the relevant data and then choose Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing compared to the corresponding data analysis; Construction of the real estate bubble indicator system and then through the real estate bubble composite index, we do some empirical analysis of China's investment in real estate and the health status.We get the following conclusions : China's real estate market is in brisk demand period. There is a certain distance from the period of steady development. Per capita income, urbanization, residential real consumer price index, Residential investment actual price index is a major factor affecting China's real estate market. The current rate is not an important factor; There is excessive investment in real estate restructuring, which will lead to long-term excessive real estate bubble; There are individuals in the real estate market, the real estate market in all regions exists fairly large differences in structure. China's overall real estate bubble does not exist in general, However, in some cities there is a certain tendency, it should be noted that to prevent the real estate bubble. Finally, according to the development of China's residential real estate market, and the actual situation, We put forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
