Study Of Rural Infrastructure Investment In The Local Government Responsibility

Rural infrastructure plays an important role in fostering local economy, improving citizens'living standards and realizes the sustainable development. While with the opening policy implementation and rural economy improvement, great problems still exist in the area of rural infrastructure.In fact, the key factor of solving the rural infrastructure problems is the local government support. This article is set up aiming at developing the rural infrastructure by combining the private parts. non-profit organizations and foreign investors as the investment sources under the government support and regulations by analyzing the obligations of the local government in fostering the rural infrastructure.offering the proposed solutions and advice for rural infrastructure by analyzing the current problems of the rural infrastructure as well as introducing the foreign advanced measures are the emphasis of the articleThis article consists of five chapters.
