Study On The Application And Development Strategy Of Rural Renewable Energies In Rural China

China is a big agricultural country. Sustainable rural development is faced by three pressures including economy, environment, and energy, and rural energy is an important factor to constrain social and development in rural China. Therefore, against the background and pressure of international community advocating renewable energy and increasing inland demand for energy, it's of great realistic significance to explore the development of rural renewable energy. On the basis of analyzing the current situation, potential and development trend of rural renewable energy in China, this paper focuses on the existing problems faced by the development of rural renewable energy, and combines the practice and experience of developing rural renewable energy in foreign countries, thus proposing suggestions to develop and promote rural renewable energy in China.This paper contains six chapters.Chapter 1 elaborates the background, objects, contents, methods and analytical frame of this study. Taking the international energy crisis as the background, this paper argues that development of agricultural renewable energy is an important content of implementing the strategy of sustainable development. In order to realize the research purpose, this paper mainly uses many research methods including experience summarization, matching analysis by comparing the development situation and policies at home and abroad.Chapter 2 introduces the research situation both at home and abroad and related theories. Related theories include theories of recycling economy, sustainable development and renewable energy, laying a solid theoretical foundation for this research. Meanwhile, through elaboration of the study at home and abroad, it can be seen that many research institutes and scholars have conducted rather in-depth research on both the development of energy and sustainable development and the technology of sustainable energy.Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of applying rural renewable energy in China and existing problems. This paper introduces the overall situation of developing rural renewable energy, and forecasts the long and mid-term demand for rural energy, and then analyzes the current situation, potential, and existing problems of developing rural renewable energy.Chapter 4 expounds relevant policies in the promotion of rural renewable energy in our country. To promote the development of renewable energy, governments have promulgated a series of laws and regulations, economic stimulation and subsidy policies. However, to satisfy the demand of the renewable energy industry, there're still existing problems, including lacking clear policy framework, sufficient stimulating measures, product quality standards and supervision system.Chapter 5 introduces and analyzes the situation of applying rural renewable energy and related experience of developed countries. By analyzing the development situation and policies and regulations of America, Japan, and Australia, this paper puts forward meaningful implications for developing renewable energy in China, including formulating favorable and supporting policies, setting up overall industrial development goal, defining the technology application scope, and creating a good atmosphere for the development of renewable energy industry.Chapter 6 is the thesis conclusions and recommendations.
