In recent years, workplace bullying has been the focus of researchers in western. After 20 years of research, it has accumulated some empirical and theoretical achievements. However, empirical research is almost empty about workplace bullying research in China and it is important to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships in Chinese companies.The paper mainly studied on the internal mechanism between workplace bullying and job-burnout, job satisfaction as intermediary variables personality initiative as a moderator variables.The research got the main findings as follows by processing 206 valid questionnaires from Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu these four cities through SPSS 17.0, with the basic descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on:(1) Workplace bullying was significantly positively related to burnout; workplace bullying was significantly positively related to emotional exhaustion; workplace bullying was significantly positively related to depersonalization; workplace bullying was significantly positively related to personality disintegration; workplace bullying was significantly positively related to personal accomplishment.(2) Job satisfaction exists intermediary role between workplace bullying and burnout.(3) Personal initiative does not exist regulation role between workplace bullying and burnout.(4) it is significant differences for employees who experienced workplace bullying in sex,marital status; it is not significant differences for employees who experienced workplace bullying in age,work experience,job level,the nature of enterprise.
