The worldwide practices illustrate that the ethics plays more and more important role in managing human resources. In this investigation, we take enterprises from China's actual conditions, on the human resource management ethics, organization justice and pay satisfaction of the theoretical and empirical research.In the theoretical study, by systematically analyzing relevant researches this paper summarizes the limitation which exist in theory, model and measurement in the human resource management ethics organization justice and pay satisfaction. On this basis, the paper constructs a preliminary model and design preliminary questionnaire of human resource management ethics, organization justice and pay satisfaction. the paper used exploratory factor analysis(EFA) to build preliminary model, and prove the model with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to get the final model. Finally, this paper made a research on the relationship of human resource management ethics, organization justice and pay satisfaction.Through these steps, this paper forms its own analytical framework of human resources management's ethical dilemmas, which include honesty and credit, democratic management, use of right, people—orientation. It also forms analytical framework of organization justice, which include distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. And it forms analytical framework of pay satisfaction, which include pay quantity satisfaction and pay system satisfaction. Through the T-Test analysis, we find the degree of pay satisfaction between different ages, management level, work seniority are significantly different. The people—orientation, democratic management, use of right of human resources management can predict organization justice. The distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice can predict pay satisfaction. The honesty and credit, democratic management of human resources management can predict pay satisfaction, the distributive justice of organization justice is complete mediational variables.
