In recent years,companies have increasingly realized that employees' job satisfaction is not only related to the stability and development of the company itself,but also related to the stability of employees themselves and it will also affect their enthusiasm and optimism in life and work.Therefore,the issue of how to effectively improve employees' job satisfaction has gradually received attention.At present,many studies have confirmed that leadership style has a very important influence on employees' behaviors,and in different leadership styles,ethical leadership has the morality,fairness and responsibility,and is easily recognized by employees.Based on this,this study discusses the relationship between ethical leadership,the perceived interactional justice and employees' job satisfaction,and further explores the influence path of ethical leadership on employees' job satisfaction with the perceived interactional justice as an mediate variable,in term of interactional justice we are more talking about the perception of the employees concerning their interactions with the leaders in terms of justice treatment and informational justice.Based on the review and analysis of the existing literature,research hypotheses and research models are proposed.Through a questionnaire survey of 200 employees of the company of Insurance LAFIA,it was found that ethical leadership will improve the interactional justice perceived by employees,and thus increase the job satisfaction of employees.That is the perceived interactional justice mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' job satisfaction relationship.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes some management suggestions based on the influence of ethical leadership,the perceived interactional justice and employee's job satisfaction. |
