With the development of modern management methods and the transformation of management ideas,ethics in human resource management showed the more and more important role,this article from the reality of our country enterprise,surrounding the human resources management ethics influence on employee satisfaction and the intermediary role of organizational justice has carried on the related theory and empirical studies.In the part of theoretical analysis,this paper reviews the research on human resource management ethics,organizational justice and employee satisfaction with regard to the theoretical category,measurement and interaction,and summarizes the definition of the three,dimensions,measurement methods and Influencing factors,combined with these analyzes proposed the research hypotheses and construction of a preliminary study model.In the part of empirical analysis part,we have designed the preliminary measuring scale of human resource management ethics,organization fairness and employee satisfaction by summarizing existing research and related theories.Based on the survey,the questionnaire was predicted,and the results of the test were used to analyze the reliability validity and exploratory factor analysis.In order to predict the problems found in the test,the questionnaire was adjusted,including the subsection,adjusting dimension structure,etc.,and finally formed a formal questionnaire.Use formal investigation questionnaire on a large scale by means of online and offline research,and carried on the detailed analysis of the survey data,including the basic information of the survey data analysis,reliability,validity analysis,variable factor analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and the mediation effect analysis and so on,thus to validation,this paper puts forward the assumption of one by one for the construction of the model parameters were estimated,this article research conclusion.Based on the above research,the four dimensions of human resource management ethics of enterprise human resources are determined by honest credit,democratic management,right use,and people-oriented enterprise.The three dimensions of organizational justice that are composed of distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice;And the one-dimensional measurement model of employee satisfaction.Through independent t-test,there were significant differences in job satisfaction among employees of different ages and working years.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is found that human-oriented,democratic management and right use have significant influence on organizational fairness in human resource management ethics.Organizational justice in the distributive justice,procedural justice,interaction justice has a significant influence on employee satisfaction,human resources management ethics of honesty and credibility,the democratic management has a significant influence on employee satisfaction.Through the analysis of intermediary effect,the three dimensions of organizational justice are found to play an intermediary role in the process of human resource management ethics affecting employee satisfaction.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions on optimizing the human resource management of enterprises from two perspectives: strengthening the ethical construction and improving the sense of organization.
