On this basis, Xiangxi tobacco company proposed marketing strategy, brand strategy and differentiation strategy for leaf tobacco plantation envisaged in the strategy implementation, this strategy from the marketing mix, brand enhancing strategies, human resources strategy and corporate culture of view on strategy design.
