Through studying the basic brand theory, this article analyses the process of building, developing, protecting, reorganizing the tobacco brand, and how to strengthen the core competition, and to choose the suitable brand developing strategy, then the tobacco company can develop healthily, orderly, and continuously under the background of tobacco developing trend in China and the world. We emphasized on the building, developing, protecting, reorganizing trend of the brand. The article analyses the brand competition of the company and put forward the strategy selection of the Hebei Baisha Brand Development against the brand developing plan of the company. By doing this the article expounds and proves, how to realize the brand reorganization, how to build the brand strategy that is suitable for the development of the company and to enhance the core competition of the company by means of product organization, company management, the capacity of process control, quality realizing and professional contingent construction, under the circumstance of global economy and monopoly policy of tobacco. The article also analyses the problems that probably rises in the process of brand reorganization and development, and that raises the solvable program which becomes the final submission.
