Jy Supply Chain Management, Change Thinking

Keeping the supply chain management of consumer electronic appliance industry as the main research direction, this thesis focuses on the change management of the supply chain of JY Company. We describe the supply chain of JY Company, comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of its management and point out its weakness and remaining problems. And we developed the change and implement strategies for JY in the scope of supply chain management strategy of the company group and risk control during the change period. The main content includes the ideas and methods of the change, the three-step action plan of the change and the development of supply chain performance measurement system. By doing this, we aim to gradually improve supply chain management system, enhance its coordination, and build up a supply chain adaptable to market competition and supporting the long term development of the enterprise.
