The Study Of Supply Chain Risk Control In Consuming Electronics Industry

As a kind of new management pattern, Supply Chain Management (SCM) has been taken more and more attention and canonization, and it has become a trend of the development of modern enterprises.Nowadays manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented tribulations and challenges: the furious market competition, the unstable social and political environment, also with the global financial crisis. In the consumer electronics industry, the conditions are even worse, for the characteristics of the much more complicated supply chain: excessive lean management, global sourcing and the rather more unstable market demand. All the Supply Chain Managers and scholars are now paying their most enthusiastic and energy to research how to estimate the supply chain risk, in order to keep the supply chain running at high efficiency and stably. So, enhancing the research of the supply chain risk control, especially for the consumer electronics industry, has much more practical meaning and good foreground in the current environment.This thesis tries to research the supply chain risk control in consumer electronics industry from 6 aspects, keeping the idea of applying theory to practice,Chapter 1 introduces the background and the significance of the thesis, and then it makes a summarization of both the domestic and the foreign research fruit. Lastly it introduces the content configuration and the research methods.Chapter 2 introduces the challenges and characteristics of the consumer electronics supply chain, and then it concludes the classification of the supply chain risk, in which it discuss the risk of the "Single Source" and "Bullwhip Effect" in details. Finally it illustrates the reasons of the supply chain risk.Chapter 3 illustrates the processes of the supply chain risk analysis. It makes a completed discussion of the process from risk recognition, risk estimation and risk evaluation. The risk recognition part emphasis the methods of risk checking table and the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model; and we established a compositive fuzzy estimating model in the risk estimation part; Risk evaluation part puts its emphasis in the researching the difference between risk evaluation and risk estimation, and through three aspects of the quality,time and cost risk, we make a multi-target balanced analysis to the general supply chain risk.Chapter 4 researches the countermeasures of the supply chain risk in consumer electronics industry. It introduces the common polices and methods in supply chain risk management and elusion, and discuss the suppliers choosing policy in detail. Lastly establishing the suppliers quantity optimization model under the analysis of the relations between the quantity of suppliers and the system risk and cost of the supply chain. Chapter 5 is case analysis, introducing the supply chain risk management system of Erricson. Erricson constituted a series of methods and polices of this field after experiencing a serious attack of a supply chain risk, which has most important significance for the practical management.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis. It makes a conclusion and proposes the deficiencies of the thesis and the problems remains to be researched.
