| Recent years, occurrence of different kinds of emergencies has caused disturbance ofmultiple factors in the supply chain system for electronics, and these disturbances havebroken the coordination of the supply chain for electronics, which has brought seriousinfluence. Based on this, this article takes the third party recycling mode four-level andclosed-loop supply chain for electronics as a research object, and studies how tocoordinate the supply chain when manufacturing cost, re-manufacturing cost, marketdemand and retail price change simultaneously under emergencies.First of all, domestic and foreign literature on this topic is reviewed, and a briefintroduction to the relevant theories has also been made.Secondly, the third party recycling mode four-level and closed-loop supply chain forelectronics is established, and it is necessary to use contract to coordinate this supply chainthrough the contrast of centralized decision and decentralized decision. Based on this,aimed at achieving the coordination of closed-loop supply chain without considering riskaversion and closed-loop supply chain with considering the retailer’s risk aversion, therevenue sharing contracts are respectively devised.Thirdly, the adverse effects which are on closed-loop supply chain withoutconsidering risk aversion and closed-loop supply chain with considering the retailer’s riskaversion have been respectively analyzed, when manufacturing cost, re-manufacturingcost, market demand and retail price change simultaneously under emergencies. And then,for the case of the failure about the benchmark revenue sharing contracts in the role ofcoordinating supply chain, the benchmark contracts are improved to anti emergencies.Finally, three principles and interactive implementation framework which should befollowed were pointed out while coordination strategy is implemented. What is more, toensure the coordination strategy could be implemented smoothly, ten affordable measureshave also been provided. |
