| In 2010, Trust sector in China has achieved its forward development in resuscitative economy. The trust assets have broken through 3,000 billion for the first time, exceeding public offering fund. However, the trust company's extensive way of development not only deviates the principal work of trust sector, but also loses assets management ability. The concentrating release of supervising policies are the new challenges for the trust company. Especially the trust property scale and net capital link mechanism, mentioned in management method of trust company net capital, which lets some trust company make the difficult choice:stopping business and reducing trust property scale or increase capital. it's development is hung by thread, whose business model is confronted with essential conversion.The dissertation is aiming to show the way for trust company to carry out the strategy transformation by studying the temporary problems of its development. Using the combining way of theory and empirical research, the dissertation adopts comparative way, inductive way etc to show revelation from the domestic and foreign trust's development. It ensures the trust regress to principal works and obtains development strategy of trust company.Firstly, The dissertation presents related conception and indicates enlightenment to the development of the trust industry at home and abroad in our country. Secondly, it confirms the developing direction for regression to the principal works of trust through analyzing trust company's operating situation and policy guiding etc. thirdly, it gives a conclusion by SWOT analysis:although the trust company can not provide resources foundation for conducting trust business, it is possible for trust company to regress to the principal work before development opportunity of the better-off economic situation and perfecting legal policy.
