With the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization,large enterprises regard strategic mergers and acquisitions as an important way to expand and develop enterprises,which greatly enhances the enterprise's competitive advantage,achieves 1+1>2 effect.However,M&A is more complex than production and management,and the process of M&A is not smooth.Strategic M&A of enterprises is faced with opportunities and challenges.At present,many scholars have put forward their unique views on the risk factors before and after M&A,but the research on post merger integration is relatively few.Whether scholars or business executives,who do not pay attention to post merger integration,consider that after the completion of the process of merger and acquisition,the enterprise has successfully realized the merger and acquisition.In fact,post merger integration is the premise and foundation of the long-term stable operation of the M&A enterprises.If the M&A integration phase can not be passed smoothly,there will be a variety of problems in the late operation of the enterprise.Therefore,based on the above,this paper,which takes the high-end equipment manufacturing as the research goal and the strategic acquisition of EM company by JS Group as the research object,collects the relevant data and reads the related research literature.Based on the basic theories of M&A,this paper deeply studies the integration risk after M&A,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem.By reading a large number of references and analyzing the enterprise data collected,the enterprises are mainly faced with the problems of strategic control,resource integration,cultural fusion after cross-border M&A.So in the later stage of merger and acquisition integration,in terms of risk identification and assessment,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper puts forward some detailed and constructive suggestions,such as the integration of brand resources,the establishment and the improvement of the incentive system for talents,the intercultural communication mechanism,the promotion of financial integration and so on,to ensure that after the acquisition JS Group integrate perfectly in all aspects.
