To make full use of internal and external innovation resource of the organization,open innovation,characterized by breaking organizational boundaries,has become the focus of practice and research.The arrival of the Internet era further subverts the traditional innovation mode,and promotes the participant subject of open innovation to expand to individual.Based on the openness of innovation and the popularity of knowledge,individual is fully equipped with the conditions and abilities to participate in the open innovation.Meanwhile,individual participant of open innovation is gradually paid attention by organizational research.At present,the research on open innovation is still based on the organizational perspective.Among them,the measurement of open innovation generally takes the organizational value such as financial performance as the starting point,and lacks the value recognition of individual participant.At the same time,the research on the influencing variables of the open innovation generally takes the internal and external factors of the organization as the research variables and lacks the research on the psychological characteristic variables among the participants.Based on this,this research introduces the concept of value co-creation into the open innovation context,selects the cognitive trust of individual participant to the open innovation organization as the independent variable,selects the co-creating value as the dependent variable,and takes the resource integration as the intermediary variable to interpret the research of open innovation from a new perspective.By combing through relevant theoretical literature,this research builds a theoretical model and puts forward researchful hypotheses on the basis of previous research results,forms a scale to collect data for relevant empirical analysis,and finally verifies the theoretical model and researchful hypothesis.Among them,cognitive trust is divided into integrity trust,ability trust and goodwill trust,and co-creation value is divided into practical value,hedonic value and social value.A theoretical model of "cognitive trust--resource integration--co-creation value" is constructed,and corresponding researchful assumptions are proposed accordingly.The open innovation competition and open innovation community with fullparticipants were selected as the research scope of the open innovation context.SPSS19.0 was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the data and verify the researchful hypothesis based on the analysis results.Finally,there are 28 hypotheses in this study,25 of which are supported.The following conclusions are drawn: the influence of cognitive trust on co-creation value has certain dimensional differences;Cognitive trust promotes individual participant to improve the level of resource integration;The resource integration level of individual participant has significant positive influence on co-creation value;value co-creation is mediated by resource integration.This research analyzes the influence of individual participant's cognitive trust on co-creating value under the intermediary of resource integration,and finally verifies the importance of cognitive trust and resource integration.Meanwhile,it provides theoretical reference for the value co-creation perspective of open innovation,enriches the theoretical research results,and promotes the innovative development of management practice.
