Sustainable Use Of Land Based On Circular Economy Perspective

With the development of society and economy, people continued to raise the demand for land resources. It is formed a sustainable land use conflict between the increase of land use demand and the limited land resources in China. The traditional model of economic development is no longer adapt to the development of society, and then people began turning to the study of circular economy. Circular economy is a model of economic development that as the principle of "reduce, reuse, recycle" and emphasizing the use of resources consumption lower emission and higher efficiency. It not only changed the traditional model of economic development, while draw on the theory of circular economy to guide sustainable land use is equally important. This paper introduces the theory of circular economy, and carried out sustainable land use research.Firstly,population, resources, environment, social and economic aspects of the study area related to sustainable land use conducted a comprehensive analysis of factors, the analysis shows that in the short term socio-economic factors of the major factors of sustainable land use.Secondly,in the evaluation of the introduction of sustainable land use concept of circular economy and build a perspective based on circular economy evaluation index system of sustainable land use, from the reduction of land resources, land pollutant emission reduction, re-use of land resources, land environmental protection and socio- economic development in five areas and 40 index. Combination of entropy method and AHP to determine the weight, it is avoided too much weight to determine the impact of being subjective , then established a multi-objective evaluation model.Thirdly,according to land use change model, it analyzes the 2000-2008 land use change in Kunming. The result is that Arable land, pasture, and other agricultural land area is decreasing. The overall level of land use in the development stage, but the degree of utilization is not high. Land use information entropy and equilibrium degree have emerged first decreased and then increased, and land-use diversity also fluctuate. Taking into account the actual situation of the study area, indicators of operability and availability of data, this paper is selected 27 indicators to establish a sustainable land use evaluation system of Kunming. The results showed that the level of sustainable use of land in Kunming is rising year by year; The level of investment reduction in land resources and social and economic development is h increasing year after year; Reduction of land pollution emissions tend is to go down; Re-use of land resources and land resources protection is in a steady state. Combination of barriers to diagnosis, identified the barriers of sustainable land use。Finally,the relevant measures and suggestions are proposed for sustainable land use of Kunming in future.
