As the fresh product (vegetables, tropical fruits, etc.) production province of China, Yunnan's agriculture product logistic has the characteristics of large amounts and variety of kinds. In order to meet people's demand of high quality and large quantity, it must be achieved the mobilization and supply of the agricultural products of Yunnan province, which in different seasons and to different regions. The operation of the cold chain system of agriculture products can ensure the product's quality and consumer safety. However, there are a lot of disadvantages in the cold chain system of Yunnan Province, such as the cold chain circulation rate of agriculture products is much lower than the national level, the upstream and downstream of cold chain lack of overall planning and coordination, the cold chain distribution system of agriculture products is not so perfect and so on, caused the service level not keep the pace with the rapid development of agriculture industry. Therefore, this paper is to research how to build and optimize the cold-chain logistics network system of agriculture products in Yunnan province, which based on the analysis of the current developing situation of agriculture products circulation and cold-chain system in Yunnan Province, to enhance the overall strength of Yunnan's modern logistics system, as well as the important step of constructing Yunnan Province as"a bridgehead for the Southwest Open". In this paper, the contents of Yunnan province agriculture products cold chain system are as follows:Firstly, proposed the problems and shortcomings of Yunnan's agriculture products cold chain network, which based on the analysis of the internal & external situation of the agriculture products cold chain logistics.Secondly, analyze the demand for the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Yunnan.Thirdly, build the regional and across regional agriculture products cold chain logistics network.Fourthly, use the non-liner mixed integer programming model to optimize the cold chain logistics network nodes, the objective is to minimize the total logistics cost, and use the genetic algorithm to solve an example.
