Nowadays, the prospect of global economy is still dim. Although various signs of economy recovery have appeared, it couldn't prove that the crisis of global economy has gone away. The China's economy has been integrating into the global economy, meanwhile now the situation of China's economy is good, but it's future isn't bright. Although China has become a worldwide producer and the manufacturing industry is one of pillar industries, but these manufacturing companies lack core competency and the low position of value chain. On the other hand manufacturing companies, as the backbone of China's economy, lack whole view and pay no attention to strategy management, which lead them not to make out a systematic development strategy for themselves. The study begins with analysis of the situation of current economy, the histories of strategy management at home and abroad and current difficulties of China's medium and small companies. According to current situations of GV company, the study establishes the development strategy of GV company on the basis of previous conclusions.The background, the meaning, the angles and current situation,the solution is described at the beginning of the study. After that, the review of theories of strategy management at home and abroad and standards of medium and small companies show the direction of GV's strategy management. The advantages and disadvantages of GV company is studied from two aspects: internal items and external items. Using SWOT and SPACE framework analyses advantages and disadvantages of GV company; With analysis results of BCG framework and GE framework, the development strategy of GV company is established. Finally GV company carries out effective management to ensure the implementation of Strategy management.
