According to relevant statistical date, the China Auto industry kept a high speed growth in both domestic and international market recent years. On the other hand, the individual requirements and short life of application of finished automobile caused the auto parts industry fast development. In China, the Auto parts industry developed from nothing, step by step, it form a complete production and marketing system. With the volume of auto parts production and marketing keep increasing, the big auto group companies are dissatisfy with local market. These companies begin to explore international market, in this instance, the auto parts industry gestating great commercial opportunity and big development room. However, China auto parts industry have some flaw, such as: enterprise small size,equipment backward,marketing system imperfect,traditional marketing model and so on. So, how to develop China auto parts industry; how to make clear of development direction; how to improve the traditional model of trade and how to increase China auto parts industry international competitiveness and so on. These questions require us to have a deep think over the current situation and future development of China auto parts industry.This text via different analytical method, which including the value china theory,SWOT theory,diamond theory,five forces model to analysis China auto parts industry. The author put forward orientation of improving China auto parts international competitiveness strategically. And by analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of China auto parts enterprise; finding out the opportunities and challenges of exterior and interior environment of China auto parts industry, the author call attention to China auto parts enterprise when they decide to join international market, it is inadvisable that advance recklessly blindly or hesitate to move forward. So, China auto parts enterprise should draw up a reasonable development strategies according to themselves actual situation.
