In recent years, Chinese auto parts industry grew rapidly, the scale continued to expand, the international competitiveness increased gradually, the export of auto parts was also increasing year by year. According to the National Bureau of Statistics data,show that auto parts export value of 84.314 billion USD in 2014, an increase of 7.08%.Chinese auto parts export-oriented enterprises face competitive environment increasingly in the international market, the key question is how to use the worldwide scientific and technological achievements and intellectual resources for our own, how to adjust the industrial structure, the transformation and upgrading, how to improve the core components Chinese products competitiveness, how to open up overseas markets to seek greater development space. Therefore, how to enhance auto parts export enterprise core competence is the subject of a practical significance.In this paper, the author takes QH company on behalf of auto parts production private enterprises, based on relevant literature on export of the core competitiveness analysis summarized, noted QH problem of exports decline in sales, the cost difficult to control, lack of core technology and brand, etc.. The author used auto parts export industry Porter diamond system analysis, explored comprehensively and objectively QH's internal strengths, weaknesses variables, external opportunities and threats from SWOT, QH export core competitiveness analysis, ultimately QH automotive parts export competitiveness to make comprehensive analysis and evaluation. And based on the foregoing analysis, make relevant policy recommendations on how to enhance the core competitiveness of export company QH, and strive playing a reference drawing and actively promote the role for the development of auto parts export private enterprises. Make recommendations accordingly countermeasure for Chinese auto parts export-oriented enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness explore the global aftermarket.
