Research On Project Management Training Of Exploration &design Enterprises

from single exploratin and design to the whole engeering construction industry chain,whice includes EPC, Project Management, BOT capital operation, and project management capacity is becoming the key for Exploration &Design Enterprises'transition to the world-class engeering enterprise. However, the severe shortage of inter-disciplinary project management talents restricts the transition of Exploration &Design Enterprises,while Exploration &Design Enterprises have many problems in project management trainning, such as the training concept, training plan, training system and training method, hinder the cultivation of project management talents.Based on the analysis of Exploration &Design Enterprises'training problems and reasons, I propose Exploration &Design Enterprises'training investment maximization mode, and proved the mode through the case of CJSJY company 3 years'project management traning. This essay can be divided into six parts. in the first part I introduce the study background, meaning and method of this essay. In the second part, I analyze our Exploration &Design Enterprises'business mode, union structure, human resource and project management, and conclude the necessity, goals and the development approach of Exploration &Design Enterprises'transition, emphasizing cultivation of inter-disiplinary project management talents is the key to the successful transition. In the third part I analyze the main problems and cases in our Exploration &Design Enterprises'project management training,including lagging of training idea, lack of sound training system and feasible training plan, incapacity of training need analysis, which lead to dissatisfied trainnig effects. In the fourth part I proposed the Exploration &Design Enterprises'training investment maximization mode, and emphasize on the project management training approach, system construction, the essentials that influence the single successful training, and the method to transform and solidify the training achievement. In the fifth part I set CJSJY company's project management training case to prove the training investment maximization mode.At last, I get the conclusion and point out further studies on the Exploration &Design Enterprises'transition to world-class engeering company.
