Study On Financing Guarantee Of High-tech Smes In Wuhan

Small and Medium-size Enterprises(SMEs) has become an important constituent of China's economy.High-technology SMEs is the main part of the high-tech industry,which is also the most active and efficient part in the China's innovation system.Wuhan High-tech industry contributes mostly to the city's economy and has become the main force to the economic growth.But Wuhan High-technology SMEs are generally facing the financial problem.This paper firstly discusses the relevant theories of financing guarantee in China, introduces the develop history and current situation of the SMEs financing guarantee and analyses the operation mode of the SMEs financing guarantee in China. Secondly this paper describes the construction situation of the financing guarantee system of the high-tech SMEs in Wuhan, and introduces the present situation and characteristics of the SMEs in Wuhan, especially the high-tech SMEs.This paper also gives case study of Wuhan's financing guarantee of high-tech SMEs. In view of the problems in practice in Wuhan's financing guarantee system of the SMEs, this paper analyzes the causes and proposes solutions in order to let financing guarantee system better play it's due role in helping the high-tech SMEs in Wuhan to gain a more stable and faster development.This paper suggests an increase of financial support for high-tech SMEs in Wuhan in order to construct an appropriate financing guarantee system for SMEs in China; improvement of the financial security of civil organization system, cracking the financial problems of small and medium private enterprises; adherence of the financial theory, product and concept innovation to break through financing difficulties and other problems in small and medium-size enterprises.
