The Relationship Between Differences Of Human Capital And Tourism Economic Growth In Huabei Regional

With the development of tourism, although the geographical locations are adjacent to each other, the development levels of the regional tourism economies are quite different among the areas or cities in Huabei Region. There are many factors, such as macroeconomic policy, tourism, natural resources, and transportation infrastructure, etc. Research has shown that the contribution of the human capital to the economic growth are continuously increasing, the regional human capital research is to put the human capital into a region, in order to investigate the human capital levels and differences in different regions, and to study their relationships with the regional economic development. In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between the human capital and the development level of the tourism economy. By improving the level of the human capital, we can improve the development of the tourism economy greatly, and then reach the purpose of coordinated development of the regional tourism economy in Huabei region. The paper is organized as follows:Firstly, we discussed the basic theories and concepts about the regional human capital and economic growth, which made us the basis for further studies on the issues of regional human capital.Secondly, we analyzed the differences distribution of human capital in Huabei region, and using the factor analysis method, we also evaluated the development level of tourism economic quantitatively in this regional. Then from the four aspects we analyzed the regional human capital differences, mainly as follows: The overall levels of regional human capital are quite different, and the storage of human capital are highly different between regions; the main reasons that made the differences in the human capital levels are the investment of the human capital, the requirement of the human capital and the social environments, etc. Using the method of correlation analysis, we studied the differences of the economy development between cities of Huabei region and its relationship with human capital. Then we draw the conclusion: development levels of the economy in different regions are highly different, and they are highly related to the level of human capital with positive correlation.Finally, with the requirements of the coordinated development for the regional tourism economy, combined with problems exists in human capital in Huabei region, we proposed several strategies that should help with the coordinated development between the regional human capital and the economy.In this paper, we based on quantitative analysis method to carry out the research, and with qualitative analysis as assist. Combined static analysis and dynamic analysis together, we comprehensively analyzed the differences between the human capitals in different regions, and their relationship with the economic development in Huabei region.
