Study On The Performance Of Entrepreneurial Activity And Driving Factors Of Qinhuangdao Tourism

As the world's largest service industry and the largest industry, tourism is booming, and prospects. However, many problems have also emerged with the tourism development process, Some tourism industries processed entrepreneurial activity in the development process. However, this activity is still in the empirical stage of development. This paper attempts to study from the perspective of performance of entrepreneurial activity and the drive factors of Qinhuangdao tourism, it constructs the framework of the drive factors of entrepreneurial activity of tourism. This process is mainly through the progressive realization of the following study design:Firstly, it looks at related literature systematicly and combs with entrepreneurial activity at home and abroad,performance of Entrepreneurial activity,drive factors of Entrepreneurial activity. Based on in-depth analysis, focuses the starting point of this study, through theory review and logical reasoning, it constructs the theoretical framework of this study and will lay a theoretical basis for later study.Secondly, it takes Qinhuangdao as an example, First analyzes the market structure of tourism and the performance of entrepreneurial behavior. Then, it builds indicators baced on the benefit,structure and efficiency, and ventures evaluation of the performance of entrepreneurial activity of Qinhuangdao tourism by Entropy TOPSIS Method.Thirdly, this paper startes from objective measurement and subjective measurement, for the objective measurement it calculates Grey relational grade and analysis; for the subjective measurement, this paper designs a questionnaire survey of drivers of the entrepreneurial activity of Qinhuangdao tourism, the author identifies 16 tourism Entrepreneurship drive factors of the subjective measurements, then uses principal component analysis to reduce the dimension to this, And builds integrated drive factors framework of both the drive factors of entrepreneurial activity of Qinhuangdao tourism.Finally, it takes drive factors of entrepreneurial activity of tourism as an entry point, and combines with the problems in the entrepreneurial process, Implementation of the tourism entrepreneurs to come up with strategies to guide.This paper would research the performance of entrepreneurial activity and drive factors of Qinhuangdao tourism by Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis combined methods, which will play a certain role in the entrepreneurial activity of Qinhuangdao tourism, and provide a new train of thought for the development of Qinhuangdao tourism.
