Factors Of The Ientrepreneurial Environment's Impact On Entrepreneurial Activity In Zhejiang Province

In 1990's,the rapid growth of US economic proves that the entrepreneurialactivities have important impact on the economic development. Also, the greatachievement of Chinese reformation and opening up has been proved that thefavourable development of entrepreneurial activity is an important economicdevelopment impetus. After the international financial crisis in 2009, China meet thechallenge that ever appears. At the same time, the increasing pressure on employmentand the insufficient of domestic demanding and overseas demanding block theeconomic development in china, it forces us to exploit a new way for living. Goodentrepreneurial environment is important guarantee of the entrepreneurial activity, soan urgent problem that has to be resolved is that how to create a good entrepreneurialenvironment for entrepreneurs. We research on the factors of the entrepreneurialenvironment's impact on entrepreneurial activity in Zhejiang province, so as to supplywith reference to the government for improving the entrepreneurial environment ofZhejiang province.In this paper, we firstly define entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment,and review entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment theories, and summarize the entrepreneurial environment's elements and evaluation methodsresearch. Afterwards, we expounds the factors of the entrepreneurial environment'simpact on entrepreneurial activity in GEM, based on this and the existing researchresults at home and abroad, combining entrepreneurial environment's macro actualconditions of Zhejiang province, we preliminary establish the entrepreneurialenvironment evaluation index system of Zhejiang province, and then according to theDelphi method, get the entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system ofZhejiang province, which contains seven primary index and 40 secondary indexes. Inthe end, we survey the entrepreneurs who venture two years before 2009 years or after2009 years, find various factors of the entrepreneurial environment which have goodand bad influence, and then improve the entrepreneurial environment in Zhejiangprovince according to the policy environment.
