Therefore, establishing effective safety supervision system for vegetable is imminent. Abroad on vegetable safety supervision of research mainly targeted at vegetables and fruits, that is, vegetables and fruits, pure vegetable few studies on the regulatory model. Especially in the regulatory system involved in the administration pattern of less rigorous in how to establish a broad and efficient legal and technical regulatory system more in-depth study and more focused. Safety supervision in China in vegetable research in the absence of systematic planning and organization, research strength is very weak, the results very little. Therefore, the study of vegetables with Chinese characteristics and safety supervision system, ensure that the people of our country's health, maintaining social stability and the promotion of food products in international trade and so have a very important theoretical and practical significance.Current academic research for monitoring the safety of vegetables in China, mainly from a particular aspect of discussion, and the system can set up a system of few studies. In this paper, study abroad, the regulatory experience of the developed countries, based on the specific conditions of our country, from the legal system, organizational structure, management and monitoring system in a bid to put forward a system management system and framework of ideas to build a prevention-oriented, scientific, efficient and dynamic vegetable safety supervision system in order to strengthen safety oversight of vegetables and vegetable industry to improve the overall quality.
