Currently, global warming is placed in a pressing issue before the world seriously affecting the global social and economic development. In order to determine how to reduce carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, the world is in a series of negotiations. February 16,2005, "Kyoto Protocol" was into effect, contributing to the global carbon market. According to "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change" and the "Kyoto Protocol" of the relevant provisions of China as a developing country, can participate in project-based carbon emissions trading. This is our country's financial enterprises to develop carbon finance business has brought about good opportunities.The main contents of this paper include the following five parts:Part I:Introduction. Topics including the background (global warming and its impact, the international community reached a consensus to reduce carbon emissions, carbon finance market situation at home and abroad), topics of research significance, innovation, research method, literature review related research.Part II:Analysis of the development of China's carbon finance business finance business necessity.
