Research On Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Project Of The Reducing Effect About Carbon Emission

Now China is in the process of accelerating industrialization, greenhouse gas emissions caused by human industrial activity, leading to global warming and environmental degradation had its significant impact on human’s physical and mental health and quality of life. In order to achieve the sustainable development of China,Building a green beautiful China, also China should accelerate the construction of "two type society". Clean development mechanism(CDM) is one of the international cooperation mechanism, is of the background to address global climate changed, to control greenhouse gas emissions, to protect against the natural home for survival. This mechanism is increasingly being generally accepted and applied in many fields. Based on this, this paper deeply analyzes the implementation of clean development mechanism projects to promote the mechanism of the carbon emissions, as well as the implementation of CDM projects on carbon emission reduction effect, and then put forward the suitable for China’s national conditions of the clean development mechanism carbon reduction proposal.Firstly, the clean development mechanism and carbon emissions related concepts and the core theories are outlined, It sort of relationship between the clean development mechanism and carbon emissions.Second, it builds a model of evolutionary game between local government and business models and evolutionary game between enterprises were analyzed mechanis m of the implementation of Clean Development Mechanism to promote carbon emissions. Then, using regression analysis of Eviews constructed effects model of CDM projects of carbon reduction and makes an empirical analysis. Finally, according to the results of empirical research put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The main conclusions of this paper is: Implementation of CDM projects is conducive to promoting carbon emissions, found that per capital GDP and intensity of carbon emissions is inversely proportional. Proportion of GDP of coal consumption and industrial added value and carbon reduction is proportional, and the more investment of industrial pollution control, the less carbon emissions. Therefore, China should actively introduce CDM projects in developed countries, improve coal utilizatio n and development of new green energy, increase investment in industrial pollution to promote sustainable development in China.
