In this study, Shanghai Inventec Corporation grass-roots workers for the study sample, at the conclusion of previous studies presented, based on knowledge-intensive enterprise-level employees a sense of responsibility and work performance, theory, concept map. The use of a questionnaire research method, through the use of SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software and statistical analysis Eviews5.0 responsibility for junior staff to study the relationship and work performance.In conclusion, the results of previous studies and questionnaire studies, based on the preliminary draw the following conclusions:1. Analyses of reliability and validity of the new instrument indicate that the grass-roots workers' conscientiousness scale is a reliable and valid instrument composed of 5 factors:duty tendency, confidence,cooperation tendency, individual achievement and dependability.2, At this stage of the task performance level employees a sense of responsibility that can be higher than that of the relationship between the explaination of performance. Reaction majority of the work of grass-roots workers of specific direction, indicating the material level employees pay more attention to the pursuit, even though China is a very emphasis on social relations.3, Grass-roots workers sense of responsibility to the relationship between sub-dimensions of performance, the relationship between the study concludes that grass-roots workers sense of responsibility and dedication to work is higher than the predictability of interpersonal promote predictability. And conclusions displayed in the results of a convergence of shows that our grass-roots workers now pay more attention to meet their physical needs. This is consistent with China's economic development level.4, Emerging from the study:different age, educational level and household income are great differences in level employees a sense of responsibility. The employee's sex, marital status, work experience and so little influence on the sense of responsibility.
