Responsibility is the state of mind that actively and consciously does all the good things inside and outside.Only when people have a sense of responsibility can they feel the value and meaning of self-existence and truly gain the trust and respect of people.With a sense of responsibility,we can strive for excellence,active learning,innovation and technology,and climb the peak.Self-efficacy is the degree of confidence that an individual needs to perform a certain task.Individual self-efficacy has a direct impact on the choice of target level.The higher the individual's self-efficacy,the higher the target level will be,and the greater the improvement of work performance.This paper explores the impact of sense of responsibility on job performance,analyzes the relationship between sense of responsibility and self-efficacy,and analyzes how responsibility affects job performance through the mediating role of self-efficacy.Based on this background,this study proposes a sense of self-efficacy that mediates responsibility and job performance through a review and analysis of the literature on responsibility,self-efficacy,and job performance.In order to analyze and verify the research perspective,175 sample data were obtained through questionnaire surveys of enterprises in Guangdong,and then SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used to conduct common method deviation test on the data,using Cronbach's ? coefficient method.The reliability test was carried out on each scale by the reliability test,KMO and Bartlett's spherical test and factor analysis method.Finally,the research ideas of this paper were verified by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.The empirical research results show that: 1)responsibility has a significant positive impact on job performance,the stronger the sense of employee responsibility,the higher the job performance;2)self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on job performance;3)self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on sense of responsibility;4)self-efficacy plays a full mediation role in the relation between sense of responsibility and job performance.
