Since the 90s in the 20th century, humanity has entered the age of information and knowledge economy. With the pace of integration in the world economic, the business activities has changed into globalization from internationalization in the period from late 60s to mid-80's,and it is showing a increasingly worsening trend.The enterprises making investment directly and multinational operations in the foreign market is a inevitable trend of social development. With the end of General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the establishment of the World Trade Organization, more and more enterprises enter into the era of"competition without borders". Enterprise's international operations has entered the period of production , marketing, product development and research services integrated international operation from the period of selling a single good to the international market. This article analyzes China's construction machinery enterprises in international operations in the new economic situation, and strives to find a suitable path of international development of its own. At the same time I hope that this example can give some recommendations of international operations and reference to other Chinese manufacturers.Around the points above, this article mainly discussed the following five aspects: Part one: the research background and practical significance. With the development of economic globalization, China's construction machinery industry is also involved in passive competition in the international market. Through the research of Chinese construction machinery enterprises'international operations, I hope that this simple can supply reference and guidance to company which is or has been on the international project. I also would like to supply the recommendations of international operations to Chinese manufacturing.Part two: analysis of Chinese International Construction Machinery Enterprise Management Status and industry. I use some theories to analysis the construction machinery enterprises in the Chinese International Business Environment--first, I use PEST mode to analysis international macroeconomic environment of the construction machinery industry; then I analysis the development trend of the domestic construction machinery industry; Finally, I supply some problems of Chinese Engineering International Operation. Through such a series of analysis, we can clearly know the international and domestic environment of construction machinery enterprises currently. This result also shows necessity and feasibility of Chinese construction machinery enterprises in international business.Part three: analysis of core competence of Chinese machinery enterprises in the international management. I explain the definition of core competencies in the machinery enterprises'international management; then I analysis the China's core competitiveness in the international construction machinery enterprises; at last, I supply some measures to Chinese engineering machinery enterprises on increasing the competitiveness of business.Part four: the case study. I analysis the Liu gong case through international motive , Liu gong operating history, process of access to international markets and international business strategy . It is used to explain the Liu gong international business strategy.Part five: Conclusions and Outlook. On the above analysis, with the strategic measures for the Chinese construction machinery industry, I hope that I can put forward to extend this approach to the Chinese manufacturing.
