Panzhihua City Infrastructure Finance Platform

As the crystallization of a living and physico-chemical work of labor, Urban infrastructure is an important material basis for the survival and development of cities. In our country,the building and managing of urban infrastructure relys mainly on the government's financial resources,the channel of funds is narrow.The urban construction funds of Panzhihua City which is set up by resource development in the special political conditions are inadequate. How to create conditions for diversification of urban Construction investment and financing channels in order to achieve market-oriented operation and change the situation of lower investment returns is to become the urgency of the problem of Resource-based investment and financing of urban infrastructure research.In this paper, the research idea is: first,we analyze the infrastructure investment and financing carrier as well as financing channels and the mode of financing in domestic and foreign.then we study the current situation of the financing of Panzhihua City's urban infrastructure.At last,we put forward the idea of building urban infrastructure finance platform which are: the diversification of the subject financing ,channels, methods as well as process of buildingmarket-oriented.This study is as follows: Chapter 1 and 2 are the introduction and Chapter Summary. Chapter 3 is the overview of the mode of financing in domestic and foreign's urban infrastructure. In Chapter4,we describe the current situation and problem of the financing of Panzhihua City's urban infrastructure. In Chapter5,we build Panzhihua City's urban infrastructure finance platform..Urban infrastructure financing problem involves a very wide field, in this paper, we research from the perspective of building of Platform for investment and financing structures.We hope that the result of research can promote of investment and financing system reform in Panzhihua City's urban construction.
