Economic globalization, financial deregulation, financial innovation and scientific technological progress to promote rapid growth of trade in financial services. International trade in financial services has become a new engine of global economic growth, financial services trade liberalization has become a trend of the times.Financial services trade liberalization has had a profound impact on the world economy; it facilitates the flow of international capital, strengthens the financial competition, and has had a positive impact on promoting the development of international trade and national balance of payments adjustment. However, financial services trade liberalization is a "double-edged sword", it brought benefit to the countries with trade liberalization, and it also brought a series of adverse shocks and impact. Its impacted the stability of financial system, exacerbated the economic virtualization, weakened the ability of the macroeconomic, had serious impact on the country's financial and economic security.China entered into the World Trade Organization on December 11, 2001, becomes a WTO member. the financial problems facing our country, in the context of international economy and the development of China's economic, is no longer whether trade liberalization in financial services, is how to implement financial services trade liberalization for benefiting from the financial services trade liberalization , but minimize their risks.Firstly, this paper describes the related concept of financial services trade liberalization and the general theory of trade in financial services, secondly, analysis our current situation of financial services trade liberalization and openness, and then analyzes the China's financial economic effects of financial services trade liberalization, including the positive effects and negative effects.
