This paper discusses on the code of spare parts, using computer to realize the code generation function, which can simplify the management work. The goods which have a long time in the store should be find and handled in time. If we find those goods, then it will be easier for us work. And how to deal those goods is that of renew its time and quantities of purchase. At the same time we classified those spare parts, with ABC method and use it into the code to distinguish those goods. The system structure and functional module are provided.After test, it shows very well. And it proposed in this article can be used as a reference by other supplies management departments in the line of petrochemical.
