Supplier performance management is central one of purchasing management processes that lets supplier make continuously improvement and dynamic management, and give the supplier motivity for self-driven and self-improvement through the establishment of scientific, reasonable and effective supplier performance management system. A good supplier performance management is basic of successfully purchasing management. Through supplier performance management, we can maintain and improve the enterprise's leading competitive ability. That must be concerned by modern enterprise. Enhancing to understand the whole supplier performance management theory, summarizing and analyzing all problems in management, and establishing scientific supplier performance management system, that have become urgent working for business management.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research background, brief introduces purchasing and supplier actuality, analyses the status and finds out the problems for supplier performance management in SZTX Company. Secondly, based on introducing and absorbing advanced international purchasing concept, and combined with an enterprise's culture and strategy, we determine the strategic position of purchasing, present supplier performance management theory that accords with sourcing strategy, and give optimal supplier performance management method. At last, this paper researches the construction of flow system, the problem in supplier performance management process, and measures that we take. This paper also optimizes supplier performance management flow and supplier performance evaluation standard using weighted score method, and gives detailed introduction and evaluation requirement for the seven supplier performance management elements .The paper discusses the management mode of SZTX company, and puts forward to corresponding improvement ways under combined with TCO theory, purchasing and supply management knowledge.
