Gateway products in China IT industry has experienced a decade of rapid development, the domestic sales had closed to hundred billion since 2009. It exceeded Germany, Britain, Italy, France, Russia and ranked third in the world, second in Asia. During this period, China's IT industry has achieved great development and also the rapid rise of some well-known enterprises. However, the intense competition makes the current Chinese IT enterprises not only face the impact of the subprime crisis in some developed countries, the threat of barriers to trade and product update slowly. It is also dealing with a series of problems need to be solved as weak innovative mind, lack of brand establishment, sales and marketing management, technological advantage is not obvious, lack of effective customer service system. And all of these problems are required to be solved.This text is derived from the business background, it try to solve the problem of marketing information share, difficulty in exchange of order and customer satisfaction by constructing a 3D model. It describe of the problem solving method, the source path, and effect of implementation through the three dimensional mode. Through case study to indicate the problems of the HC company, SWOT model include the actual situation of the company, compared with the deviation of solutions marketing model, marketing model compared before and after implementation of the 3D , after analyzing the marketing paradigm shift changes in the composition of sales, marketing model that the application of 3D features. This study not only help us find out marketing in favor of their own development model, a clear direction of future development, but also for us to increase management efficiency, to play talent, technology, equipment, and other advantages, Steady sales growth and for increasing core competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance...
