Customs Bonded Information System Design For Free Trade Port Zone

Free Trade Port Zone is a trade facilitation launched by the Chinese government, which is to adapt to the situation of economy globalization and Chinese conditions. It is intended to ensure the foreign trade order, optimize port environment and have sustainable & rapid development of foreign trade.The thesis keeps to the point of the intention of developing Free Trade Port Zone. From the view of national benefit, based on the existing policy and the current customs management methods, with the expectation of Free Trade Port Zone development, the thesis analyzes the information flow of international transit, international purchasing and distribution. The article discusses the main factors affecting the efficiency of logistics, outlooks the coming processes and evaluates the management risks of Free Trade Port Zone.The thesis gives principal design of the Free Trade Port Zone management information system, based on the existing customs general supervision system, bonded good management system and other Free Trade Port Zone applications. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the information process of the key subsystems--- checkpoint monitoring system, mining the idea of separated in-out and aggregated declaration. And then unfolds the designing of its topology.Finally, the thesis looks into the future of customs trade facilitating information systems. The thesis concludes that the System, integrating with transnational corporations'ERP systems and other Special Area management systems, would enhance the efficiency and convenience of customs'Free Trade Port Zone management.
