With the popularization of golf sports, the competition of golf industry becomes more aggravated. The big company becomes bigger and bigger, but the situation for the small company is sharpen. As the base of the world golf manufacturing, golf industry can help to push China national economic forward. In China, those golf enterprises are meeting big opportunities and challenges. Why I chose Dynamic Golf Company of Taiwan for my analysis is because of Taiwan golf Company taking the leadership in golf industry.My attention to study those golf enterprises started from 2001, when I just joined TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company, which is one of the biggest golf brands in the world. I worked on-site Dynamic as a customer representative, so that I can know very well on golf industry and details of the production status and operational management of Dynamic. I had strong feeling that Dynamic is meeting very good opportunity and there is big room for Dynamic to make improvement. Accordingly, I made an analysis on its development history, characters of golf industry, general environment and competition environment of Dynamic Company, its supply chain and SWOT analysis etc. To dig things more deeply, I synthesized the strengths and the weaknesses, the opportunities and threats which Dynamic have already met. Based on that, we bring Dynamic up the goal of its future development, the idea of its competition, and the focusing strategy of which can help Dynamic get the low cost on a certain special area.I took actual examples for detail analysis in this thesis. Some special research methods, such as demonstration analysis, historic analysis, comparative study and quantification analysis etc, have been applied in my thesis. At the same time we used Five Forces Model and made an analysis on its Value Chain, and then set up SWOT matrix to investigate the weakness of Dynamic's production management and its system, and then I put forward my solutions and suggestions, by which I hope I can help such kind of small or middle China manufacturing enterprises, especially the golf enterprises of China to find the useful reference, enlightenment and the right way.
