Since modern golf was introduced into China in 1984, golf course has been an important platform for attracting direct investments and an important sign of improving economic environment for last 21 years. Nowadays, establishment of golf courses is in fast developing phase. As more and more golf courses were built and macro economic control measures on real estates and golf courses were introduced by central government, operating golf courses, especially those in under developed area in our country, became a difficult problem. How to raise the management of golf course as a whole by learning international experiences of management and operation model became a must.Being an advanced tourist operation model, time sharing tour becomes one of the most important direction of golf courses development as it can increase customers and income and provide more added values to customers by effectively integrating dummy resources of and establishing strategic alliance network among course owners. There are three golf courses in Hunan, they face operation difficulties. especially Tseshanhu course, Therefore, how to introduce time sharing tour into golf course operation so as to improve both economic value and management level becomes particularly meaningful.Based on wholly investigation of the development of time sharing tour model and golf business in our country, comparison and analysis of the existing initial stage of application of golf time sharing tour model in different countries and analysis of competitive environment faced bygolf courses in Hunan, and under the existing operation constraints and industry background of Tseshanhu golf course, this essay focuses on systematically planning a time sharing model, establishing a value added chain, and practical recommendations on development and application of these models for Tseshanhu golf course, which have important indication and constructing meanings for the new operation model of Tseshanhu golf course.
